This painting shows a flock of Geese approaching my family and me, when visiting a park near the Legacy Trail in Lexington, KY. Our son Jonah was pretty small back then and I was worried about how the geese would approach. Luckily they were not food aggressive and headed straight past us for the water.
When I worked on this painting I was joined by Hall of Fame jockey Julie Krone, who worked on her own version of my image. We had such a fantastic time together.
